Deborah Handler (b. 1951, Chicago) studied at the Kansas City Art Institute before moving to New York for independent study; later she earned her MFA in ceramics from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2011. A founding artist at Randolph Street Gallery in the late 1970s, she has exhibited at many Chicago galleries including 65GRAND, Produce Model Gallery, and Carousel Projects, as well as Sidecar Gallery (Los Angeles). Handler lives and works in Chicago.
